How long is the venue rental?


A 12 hour block between 10 am till 12 am the day of the event




Do you have areas for the bridal and groom’s party to get ready?


Yes. We have both; a bridal prep room with 2 full baths in the house for the bridal party and grooms prep/game room for the groom’s party




Are we responsible for providing tables, chairs, dishware, silverware, and glasses?


We provide you with (8) 112” Restoration Hardware Flatiron tables, (7) 96” Restoration Hardware Flatiron tables, (3) farm style tables for gifts and cakes (150) black cafe style metal chairs for indoor use, (150) wood folding chairs for outdoor use. We offer options for renting dishware and glasses




Can I take bridal portraits at the venue?


Yes. We have many beautiful spots all over the property that will make for some gorgeous backdrops. A two hour bridal portrait session is included with your booking. Your session may be scheduled by appointment only between Tuesday - Thursday.




Can I visit the venue for planning after I book?

Does your venue provide alcohol?


No. Bethel Rock does not provide alcohol. You may bring your own or use an outside vendor. All liquor must be served by an TABC certified Bartender. A Bethel Rock preferred security guards is required when alcohol is served.




Does my event require Security?


Yes. A Bethel Rock preferred security guards is required.




Do you require event insurance?


Yes. Event Insurance must be purchased through WedSafe.




Is Bethel Rock pet friendly?


Yes!




Is smoking allowed?


Smoking will only be permitted in designated outside areas.

Can I hire my own vendors (caterer, coordinator, DJ, etc.), or must I select from a preferred vendor list? If I can bring my own, do you have a list of recommended vendors?


You may choose your own vendors. We only require that you use a Bethel Rock preferred security guard. We will provide you a list of preferred vendors upon booking our venue.
